Yaari is a social app for India where you can chat, make voice and video calls, play multiplayer games and watch live broadcasts with people who speak your language. It’s built for people who want to talk in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi or their own language instead of only English, without sharing their phone number.
What you can do on Yaari
- Chat 1-on-1 with people who share your language.
- Make private voice and video calls, charged per minute in coins.
- Play Ludo Express, Snakes & Ladders and Dumsharas with a live call in every game room.
- Watch live video broadcasts, chat with the person who is live and send gifts.
- Post daily stories and send virtual gifts.
- Earn game points, unlock badges and climb monthly leaderboards.
Made for your language
Yaari lets you choose from 9 languages: Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, English. The app uses your language to show you people you can comfortably talk to, and game rooms show the host’s language.
Coins, Butterflies and points
Yaari has three separate kinds of value, and they never turn into each other:
- Coins are bought in the app and pay for calls, messages, gifts and games. They can’t be withdrawn as cash.
- Butterflies are what women earn: 1 a minute on audio calls, 2 on video calls, and 1 for every 4 replies in a conversation. They can be withdrawn to UPI or a bank account.
- Points come from winning games. Women can redeem points for coins; men’s points unlock Hero, Super Hero and Legend badges.

Privacy and safety first
Your phone number, email and location are never shown to other users. You can block or report anyone, our team reviews every report, and women verify their voice when they sign up. See how Yaari keeps you safe.
